Without a doubt the most important questions in life are:

Why are we here? (purpose)

What are we challenged to do while we are here? (commands)

What happens after we die? (afterlife)

There are many faith practices and religions that attempt to answer these questions. All are useful (the Bible, the Torah, and the Quran) but the Quran provides the clearest and the most detailed answers.

Say, "We believe in God and in what was brought down to us, and in what was brought down to Abraham, Ismail, Isaac, Jacob and the Patriarchs, and in what was given to Moses and Jesus, and what was given to the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction among any of them and to Him we aresubmitters.”[Quran 2:136]

According to the Quran, the Bible and the Torah this life is a test - a test devised by God to determine which of us will choose good (the path of God) and which of us will choose evil. Simply stated: there is an afterlife and what we do here matters.
