Purpose of this meditation ... To abide in Truth - "The Truth will set you free."
Method ... Simply noticing that all things belong to God

That is, to see God's creation just as He deemed it to be, not as uou think it ought to be.

Start each meditation session by reminding yourself of your intention: COMING TO TRUTH ABOUT OWNERSHIP

Begin by sitting comfortably. Then take a couple of deep breaths, and notice the silence in the room.

As thoughts, emotions, or body sensations arise, just notice them. Don't push them away or grab onto them whether they are pleasant or unpleasant.

After noticing each thought, emotion, or body sensation, say to uourself mentally "Not mine, this too belongs to God - Thank you" and then return your focus to your breath.

You might feel your breath in your chest, stomach, or even in your nostrils. Repeat this process (notice - say this too belongs to God, Thank you - focus on breath) for the remainder of the session.

If you are just beginning a meditation practice, repeat this pattern for about one minute longer than is comfortable. The goal is to get to about 20 minutes at which time the brain begins to change neurologically.

Always take what you get from each session remembering that God is listening and responding.

Barriers to a good practice

Remember God will guide if you will let Him.

Meditation is just barrier removal - removing how you think it ought to be and coming to see how it is as God created it:

Everything belongs to God,
He is in control of all matters,
and everything in this life is fleeting.

You will come to see that you need do nothing to get out of a problem you don’t have.

May the Lord shower you with His mercy and bless your affairs with His guidance.
