“Unquestionably, in the remembrance of God do hearts find rest.”

[Quran 13:28]

FEELING THE LIGHT

When we think about ourselves, we quite often feel a bit the worse for it.

There is an alternative:

During meditation think about God instead: the Creator, the Designer, and the Initiator of all that is.

When during the practice period thoughts arise, let them god and remember God.

We will certainly feel the better for it.

THE PRACTICE

Take a few deep breaths and sit comfortably then:

1. Sitting in silence, notice t the next thought, feeling, or sensation.

2. Let it go by noting that it is God’s gift.

3. Say: "Your gift; thank You”

4. Return to the breath and repeat.

JUST NOTICE

Reject no thought, cling to no thought, remember no thought, remember all things belong to God.

PRACTICE OFTEN

Do this practice for twenty minutes each morning and each evening.
It will change your life!
