THE THREE DELUSIONS

"The result was nil until we let go absolutetly" is a key phrase in the recovery literature.

It is most interesting to me that the essence of recovery from alcoholism, drug addiction, overeating, or other forms of improper refuge, is the path that virtually every prophet of God has suggested for at least the last five thousand years:
"let go and let God"

Here are a few of my favorite "letting go" quotes:

What we really have is a daily reprieve contingent on the maintenance of our spiritual condition.
Every day is a day when we must carry the vision of God's will into all of our activities.
"How can I best serve Thee - They will (not mine) be done."
